Smoking should not be allowed in restaurants, period, and the patio smoking was a loophole that needed to be closed. I don’t understand the ban on cigar bars and hookah joints. If adults want to go and smoke a big fat shit stick or share a communal pipe in a business that has managed to get a license to allow these activities, more power to them.
