I’ve finally gotten to some much needed home projects today, one of which is replacing the light fixtures in the house. The originals did what they were supposed to (provide light), but were butt-ugly. Here’s what they looked like:

Melissa and I liked to call them the “boob lights.” They had to be replaced. Here are the new lights:

A huge improvement — a softer light source, and much easier on the eyes.
