From the new magazine created by Derek Powazek. I bought the first issue and recommend it highly, it’s a great read. This was my favorite story from it because as I work in the restaurant industry, I’ve always liked to hear the ridiculous adjectives people use to describe wine. One favorite from a tasting I was at was that the wine had a “delicate dung characteristic.”
