Which Woman Has The Perfect Body? →
It’s not a scientific study, but it shows an interesting angle on how men and women view the female body.
This just came today. So far it’s very good. I can’t wait to begin trying some of these wines!
I can’t stop watching the trailers for Watchmen and Pineapple Express (no direct link to that one, but worth the few clicks to get to it).
The Waiter, Unmasked. →
The writer of the waiterrant blog is revealed. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, his blog was always a favorite read, and I’m happy to see him get his book published.
Things I Don't Like...

You know what I don’t like? HDR. I like it in theory, but thus far, most of the end results look like ass.
I agree completely. HDR is far too gimmicky for my tastes. The lack of any shadows in the images really bothers me.

The Best Tech Tools and Fitness Plans to Get in... →
Really good lifehacker post about cheap ways to get and stay in shape. I particularly liked the shovelglove, a workout routine using a sledgehammer wrapped in a sweater. Very creative and effective (I don’t know when was the last time you swung a sledge, but those suckers are heavy).

This according to art critic Brian Sewell. The reason?
“Only men are capable of aesthetic greatness. Women make up 50 per cent or more of classes at art school. Yet they fade away in their late 20s or 30s. Maybe it’s something to do with bearing children.”
Totally insane. Why people like this are given a platform to speak is beyond me.

The Cloud is Falling →
Interesting essay by Vincent Laforet about the future of professional photographers. He paints a pretty bleak picture of the current situation, but talks a lot about how important it is to stay diversified and mobile in the crazy freelance market.
Believe Me, It's Torture →
Christopher Hitchens undergoes the waterboarding torture technique. The video is here. It is so disturbing that anyone would say that waterboarding is not torture, and that the US allows this sort of activity. (Via)

If anyone needed any indication that a McCain presidency will just be a continuation of George Bush’s, here’s the article to read.

Thank goodness. I don’t see how anyone would want this.
