I’m very glad that people who have become successful and wealthy during their lives feel the need to give that money away, but this is an unneeded gift. According the Forbes Magazine, Harvard has an endowment of $35 billion, making them one of the wealthiest entities in the world. Harvard also charges an average of $40,000 to attend.

I bought myself a cool little digital camera, a Canon SD1100 IS, and have been having a lot of fun playing with it. The build quality is great, images are sharp, and the camera responds really well. The inaugural video from the camera is of course, Zazu, using flickr’s new video service.

For me, Battlestar Galactica really jumped the shark during season 3, and with the extended delays in getting the final season on TV, I just lost interest in the show. However, the first 2 seasons are among the best drama I have ever watched. When Season 4 comes out on DVD I will more than likely watch it, just to see if anything was resolved.
